Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR SC Enabling Services team in delivering digital and innovation‑led HR projects across an international environment, ensuring consistent ways of working that help maintain operational excellence across teams
- Assist with the development and enhancement of digital HR solutions, including the HR portal and chatbot, with a clear focus on user experience, process simplification, and effective system integration
- Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline, standardise, and optimise HR services and end‑to‑end workflows
- Assist with project management office (PMO) activities, including maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, coordinating updates across multiple workstreams, and promoting structured delivery approaches
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions to collect requirements, validate solutions, and support the rollout of integrated tools, systems, and services
- Prepare clear and insightful presentations, analyses, and project updates to communicate progress, outcomes, and value delivered to key stakeholders
- Work closely with and provide ongoing support to the HR SC Enabling Team and other functional areas across Global HR Services, contributing to their day‑to‑day activities and helping embed a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
