We are seeking a motivated and well-organised individual to join the Business Support team as a Business Support Coordinator, based on site at Pembroke Power Station. This site‑based role provides day‑to‑day administrative, coordination and document control support across the station, contributing to safe, efficient and well‑governed operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, coordination and document control support across the station to contribute to safe, efficient and well‑governed operations.
- Support leadership activities, meetings, events and wider site operations, including coordination of activities that interface with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support site governance, document management and, on occasion, the administrative aspects of site‑led community and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Assist with the administration and organisation of meetings and site activities, including logistics and coordination to enable smooth delivery.
Qualifications
- Effective organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain day‑to‑day operations in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled communicator with the interpersonal ability to engage professionally across a wide range of colleagues, visitors and external stakeholders.
- A high level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience of SAP or similar procurement systems, and the ability to work with document management systems and business databases.
- Experience in an administrative, coordination or document control role, with the ability to apply processes accurately, consistently and confidentially in a regulated environment.
- Experience supporting meetings, events or site activities, including managing logistics and providing coordination support to enable smooth delivery.
- Collaborative and colleague‑focused, capable of building positive working relationships and adapting approach to support different teams and site priorities.
- Self‑motivated and self‑directed, comfortable working independently while contributing to the wider Business Support team.
