b Overview /b p In this role you serve as RWE’s primary commercial representative for O M services across JV wind farms. You will steer negotiations, proposals and strategic discussions, while safeguarding RWE’s commercial position. You’ll collaborate with operations, finance and modelling teams to price risk, manage contract performance, and coordinate due diligence as needed. The role connects negotiated agreements to internal stakeholders and drives portfolio-wide commercial outcomes with cross-functional peers. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead negotiations for greenfield and brownfield O M contracts, including tender submissions and terms alignment /li li Collaborate with operations, finance and modelling teams to set appropriate premiums for risks /li li Coordinate third-party and lender due diligence as contract specialist when required /li li Transfer key operational elements of negotiated agreements to internal stakeholders and establish escalation processes /li li Manage financial performance of O M contract positions and act as commercial partner to site teams /li li Negotiate new scopes, portfolio offerings, repricing and contractual changes /li li Track and manage risks and opportunities across O M services for JV wind farms /li li Resolve commercial issues, disputes and customer claims with GM, Finance Managers and stakeholders /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree-level qualification or significant relevant professional experience /li li 3–5 years in the energy industry /li li Experience in developing or delivering contracts within the energy industry /li li Strong commercial judgement in assessing contract terms and proposals /li li Analytical problem-solving approach /li li Effective communication and ability to engage internal/external specialists at different levels /li li Process development skills and portfolio-wide contract obligation management /li /ul ul li Strong communication /li li Stakeholder management /li li Negotiation and diplomacy /li li Contract management /li li Commercial due diligence coordination /li li Risk and opportunity tracking /li /ul
