The predicted salary is between 41976 - 49384 £ per year.

To support the provision of an Occupational Health and Wellbeing service to RWE and to ensure a compliant and proactive service is provided to all UK business areas. Ensure the continuing development of the company’s nurse led shared service and to improve and diversify the function in line with the needs of the business and our employees.

About The Role:

  • Undertaking specific specialised health surveillance i.e. Hand Arm Vibration, Noise, Respiratory, Skin etc.
  • Conduct specialised fitness for work medicals i.e. Windfarm medicals, working at height and confined spaces.
  • Carry out Pre-employment Assessments and Change of Role Assessment.
  • Undertake ergonomic assessments for Display Screen Equipment and the provision of appropriate adjustments and equipment.
  • Maintain Online medical records in a secure and confidential manner via the Occupational Health Management Service portal.
  • Attending Wellbeing events across the UK as and when required.

Job Requirements And Experience:

  • Appropriate Registered Nursing Qualification (RGN/Practise Nurse) with current NMC registration.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in Occupational Health or Practice Nursing carrying out Health Surveillance and Fitness for Work Medicals.
  • Proficient and current in audiometry and HAVs assessments, skin assessments and lung function assessments.
  • Ability to travel between multiple RWE sites within the UK and manage overnight stays.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Experience using an electronic OH system.
  • Working effectively within a clinical team and sharing best practice.
  • Capable of working without direct oversight and comfortable delivering professional clinical care.
