Functional area: Procurement

As Procurement Manager in our Offshore Procurement team, you will manage all direct procurement activities related to services and spares for our operational offshore windfarms in the UK. Alongside this you will provide procurement support for fleet contracts and other major projects in preparation of and during the operating phase of our Offshore Wind Projects and optimise our supply chain measures throughout the entire project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and delivering end‑to‑end procurement support for UK offshore wind operations
  • Support the delivery of sustainability and ESG objectives through engagement with suppliers and integration into procurement activities
  • Develop and manage category strategies aligned with business goals
  • Establish and oversee long‑term framework and maintenance contracts
  • Establish and nurture productive supplier relationships to improve performance
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, finance, legal, etc.)
  • Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and service level agreements
  • Provide commercial support across the full contract lifecycle (claims, changes, disputes)
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain, contractual, and commercial risks
  • Analyse market trends to inform sourcing strategies and decision‑making

Requirements & Experience

  • Experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial roles
  • Willingness to travel regularly to sites
  • Extensive experience in tendering and negotiating complex contracts
  • Solid commercial awareness balancing cost, risk, and long‑term value
  • Understanding of contract management principles and frameworks
  • Ability to develop and execute procurement or category strategies
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in supplier performance management and relationship building
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)

Location: Swindon, Coventry or London or any UK Offshore Site Office.
