You’ll lead negotiations, proposals and strategic discussions with shareholders while protecting RWE’s commercial position across a portfolio of service agreements.About the roleLead negotiations for greenfield and brownfield O&M service contracts, including tender submissions and the alignment of agreement terms.Collaborate with operations, finance and modelling teams to determine appropriate premiums for the risks assumed by RWE.Coordinate third-party and lender due diligence processes as the O&M contract specialist where required.
