Our Master Data team underpins highly automated trading, risk and back-office processes. This is where you come in. You will join a close-knit team across the UK and Germany, build deep expertise and see your work directly enable accurate trading, settlement and reporting across our core systems.

Responsibilities- Maintain accurate, high-quality master data (e.g., counterparties, contracts) across core systems
- Ensure data integrity to support automated trading, risk and back-office processes
- Investigate and resolve data issues, identifying root causes and preventing recurrence
- Drive process improvements aligned with automation and scalability goals
- Maintain clear documentation and robust controls to ensure stable daily operations
Strong attention to detail combined with a structured and analytical approach to identifying and resolving data or process issues.
Qualifications- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions, including with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership with a track record of following through and delivering reliable outcomes
- Basic understanding of data structures or databases (e.g., SQL, XML) and how data flows across systems
- Willingness to share knowledge and actively support colleagues across team boundaries
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to processes and controls
- Experience with tools such as Endur, JIRA, Nexus, Power BI, Python, RPA or UiPath (preferred)
- German language skills
- Project management experience
- Build deep expertise in master data while staying close to the full trade lifecycle
- Own data that directly underpins automated processes and business performance
- Work in a cross-location team across the UK and Germany with strong knowledge sharing
- Gain hands-on exposure to automation and process improvement in core trading systems
