RWE Generation UK offers a FlexGen Graduate scheme combining training and hands-on engineering experience. You will rotate through biomass, gas, hydro or hydrogen assets, including outages, safety and commercial rotations, while a buddy and mentor support your development.
You’ll travel as needed with accommodation and costs covered, and participate in technical and non-technical trainings with the international graduate cohort to prepare for a future engineering role with RWE.
