To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent. The Asset Management Framework Lead is responsible for implementing, maintaining and developing OFF's asset management framework, ensuring it becomes part of OFF's working culture. This role ensures that physical assets are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle to support business objectives, optimize performance, and control risk. The role influences the entirety of RWE's OFF business with focus on the lifecycle functions Development, Construction & Operations.
About the role:
- Govern and maintain the Asset Management Framework (AMF) as a source for all employees across RWE Offshore with regards to our governance, structures, key processes, and tools applied along the asset lifecycle.
- Ensure the AMF is implemented, lived, and continually improved to ensure we take asset-related decisions on a consistent, performance‐driven, and risk‐informed basis in line with our strategy and organisational objectives.
- Pursue AMF objectives (including risk and opportunities management, performance management, decision making, etc.) and demonstrate compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure an effective Asset Information System is in place.
- Interface across the organisation, responsible for communication and alignment of content.
- Suggest, drive and coordinate measures and initiatives under the AMF.
- Apply and coordinate structures of processes and documents for all included frameworks, such as Project Management Framework, Operations Production System, etc.
- Functionally manage the Operations Governance Manager and Operations Governance Specialist.
Job experience and requirements:
- Extensive asset management experience with deep knowledge of lifecycle asset management, including principles, tools, and techniques.
- Solid understanding of organisational effectiveness and structuring, with specific knowledge of ISO 55001 asset management frameworks.
- Over 10 years' experience in asset‐related roles, including exposure to the operation and maintenance of wind assets.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing quality or governance systems and related processes or documentation.
- University degree in a technical or organisational discipline.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, strategic business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills that facilitate collaboration across Operations and other functions.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with English proficiency and additional European languages.
