The Role
We currently have a new opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant to the Development UK team for RWE Onshore, Solar and Storage.
Responsibilities
- Organising and maintaining the executive’s diary to include screening enquiries and requests for meetings
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Managing related expenses for the executives
- Dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the executive
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Assisting the manager in preparing for meetings
- Assisting in the organisation of team events, offsites, workshops and/or conferences
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- Processing purchase orders and invoices in SAP
In addition to supporting managers, their team and departments, you will also have your own personal workload and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to present material clearly and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in hybrid / geographically dispersed teams
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
- Experience working with MS Office and SAP
