We are seeking a motivated and well‑organised individual to join the Business Support team, based on site at Pembroke Power Station. This site‑based role provides day‑to‑day administrative, coordination and document control support across the station, contributing to safe, efficient and well‑governed operations. The postholder will support leadership activities, meetings, events and wider site operations, including coordination of activities that interface with internal and external stakeholders. This includes supporting site governance, document management and, on occasion, assisting with the administrative aspects of site‑led community and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Job requirements and experience- Effective organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain effective day‑to‑day operations in an environment with frequent changes.
- Skilled communicator with the interpersonal ability to engage professionally and constructively across a wide range of colleagues, visitors, and external stakeholders.
- A high level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience of SAP or similar procurement systems, along with the ability to work with document management systems and business databases.
- Experience in an administrative, coordination or document control role, with the ability to apply processes accurately, consistently and confidentially in a regulated environment.
- Experience supporting meetings, events or site activities, including managing logistics and providing coordination support to enable smooth delivery.
- A collaborative and colleague‑focused professional who cooperates effectively with others, able to build positive working relationships and adapt their approach to support different teams and site priorities.
- Self‑motivated and self‑directed, comfortable working on their own while also contributing to and supporting the wider Business Support team.
