We’re looking for a collaborative, proactive and highly organised Workplace Coordinator to join our Workplace team in our London office. Our 50,000 sq ft space has been designed as a true "home away from home" — and you’ll play a key role in bringing that experience to life every day.
As a Workplace Coordinator, you’ll support the Workplace Manager in delivering a seamless and engaging employee experience, ensuring our physical environment enables flexible, high‑performing ways of working. You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day operations while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance how our workplace functions. You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about creating an environment where people can do their best work, contributing to our ambition of becoming one of the UK's leading tech employers.
What you’ll be doing
- Ensuring a safe, efficient and well‑maintained environment for all employees and visitors in our London office.
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, partners and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
- Managing the workplace ticketing system end‑to‑end, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and resolved in a timely manner.
- Supporting starter and leaver processes, including delivering Health & Safety inductions where required.
- Coordinating with cleaning, maintenance and security partners to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office and consistently high standards.
- Logging, tracking and escalating reactive repairs to relevant maintenance contractors.
- Maintaining and updating Health & Safety, fire prevention and maintenance documentation to ensure compliance.
- Using technology and external tools to continuously improve the workplace experience for employees and visitors.
- Overseeing office supplies and inventory, including ordering, stocking and budget tracking.
- Monitoring the condition and presentation of the office, ensuring it is maintained to a high standard at all times.
- Collaborating with internal teams on workplace initiatives and supporting the coordination of event space usage.
