Responsibilities
- Support customers via telephone and email, aiming for first‑time resolution.
- Complete all necessary calls and email interactions while using company systems.
- Work independently without a script, using initiative.
- Collaborate with a friendly team of trainers and leaders.
- Use free car parking and flexible work schedule between 8am and 6pm.
