RVT Group is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Consultative Sales Executive - Industry, to join our growing team in the Northeast of England. In this pivotal role, you will proactively seek out opportunities with customers in the industrial sector, including oil and gas, chemical, manufacturing, nuclear, and power stations, to deliver the RVT solution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Uncovering the high-level needs of our industrial clients through timely surveying.
  • Actively providing suitable solutions for the customer based on our key products.
  • Collaboratively working with the internal business development team for new leads and opportunities.
  • Completing detailed reporting for quoting, picking, and installation by our key supporting teams.
  • Proactively pursuing new customers/sites of interest via LinkedIn/HubSpot.
  • Nurturing high-level relationships with customers and client sites.
  • Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase RVT's products and services.
  • Researching other opportunities geographically to maximise travel.
  • Understanding where RVT brings value while balancing undue project risks.
  • Attending tradeshows and networking events that cater to our key target audience.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieving sales targets and KPI metrics set.
  • Following up on client feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Degree in an industry-related field: oil/gas/chemical/manufacturing/nuclear/water (E).
  • Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering (D).
  • 3 years of sales experience (experience supplying the industry) (E).
  • Experience with/in extraction and ventilation systems (D).
  • P601 qualification/certification (D).
  • Occupational hygiene awareness (D).
  • CRM experience (E).
  • Full clean driving licence (E).
  • Knowledge of HubSpot (D).
  • Microsoft Office experience (E).
