RVM Systems UK is seeking a Product & Application Support specialist to service our UK reverse vending fleet. You will investigate faults, assist customers and field engineers, and maintain clear records of checks and work completed.
You will report to the Technical Support Manager and work with UK engineering and Group technical colleagues. This is a hybrid role based in Watford with occasional remote work and out-of-hours support as needed.
