Are you looking for a new clinical challenge whilst maintaining a great work-life balance? We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and caring veterinary nurse to take on a RVN part-time weekend position for our dedicated out of hours service in Stevenage.

Our MiNightVet service is an increasingly busy OOH's hospital with a varied workload and a great opportunity for professional learning. You do not have to have previous ECC experience but a willingness to learn and continue your nursing professional development is essential.

Along with having the opportunity to join our dedicated and friendly veterinary team here at MiNight Vet, you will gain experience in the ECC field working with a highly experienced team in a well-equipped hospital.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inpatient care
  • Triaging and treating emergencies
  • Assisting with surgical and medical procedures
  • Anaesthesia
  • Client care and communication

We are looking for a team player and someone who is diligent and efficient with a great work ethic.

The position involves:

  • Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm
  • Ideally, we are looking for someone to work every weekend; however, we would consider a job share with less frequency (1:2 weekends)

Salary up to £35K FTE DOE; please note this salary is based on full-time hours, this is a part-time position.
