Responsibilities
- Leading and providing clinical support for a team of Veterinary Care Assistants and Student Veterinary Nurses
- Conducting 1-2-1s and appraisals
- Delivering inpatient care and running nurse clinics / consults
- Championing continuous improvement across the practice and promoting the highest standard of animal care
