Responsibilities:
Monitor residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Respond promptly to residents’ needs, including assistance with mobility, medication reminders, or emotional support
Maintain detailed care plans to track individual needs and preferences, updating them as necessary
Communicate effectively with team members and healthcare professionals regarding residents’ conditions or concerns
Assist with light domestic tasks such as tidying communal areas or preparing refreshments during night shifts
Use IT systems to document incidents, care activities, and relevant observations accurately
