LOCATION: South Godstone
Due to continued success the company is recruiting a Mechanic/MOT Tester to join the business on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate to work in a modern workshop.
Duties Include (not limited to):
- Carrying out routine servicing & vehicle health checks.
- Undertaking various repairs, from minor maintenance to major/in-depth work.
- Diagnosing and fault finding with the latest equipment.
- Air conditioning recharge, wheel alignment all part of the repertoire that the garage offers.
- Ensuring high standard of work and maximum efficiency.
- Continually review own performance and business practices in order to identify areas for improvement.
- Other duties as and when required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in MOT testing is highly advantageous.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Full UK driving Licence is preferred.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Be able to adhere to all health and safety.
