R&V Group Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and motivated Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal if you enjoy working with people, staying organised, and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same. You’ll support both recruitment and workforce planning – and we’ll provide full training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate placements and client bookings
- Manage and update the recruitment database
- Liaise with candidates, clients, and internal teams
- Assist with workforce planning to ensure shift cover
- Handle emails, schedules, and client correspondence
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and people skills
- Confident multitasking under pressure (especially at busy times like Easter, Summer & Christmas)
- Flexible to work late shifts (2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm), night shifts (10pm–6am / 11pm–7am), weekends, and Bank Holidays, first few weeks of training working hours will be 9am-5pm
