Your CARE ASSISTANT role will include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care and dressing
  • Assisting residents with incontinence needs
  • Assisting residents with repositioning - must be able to use required equipment - hoist, stand aid, slide sheet etc.
  • Assisting with food and fluids
  • Helping with laundry, cleaning, preparing meals
  • Record all relevant documents accurately - must have good verbal and written skills

Requirements:

  • DBS
  • National insurance number
  • Right to work in UK
  • Previous experience is essential
  • Health and social care relevant trainings
  • Must be able to drive and have access to their own car to commute to and from the service
  • Manual Handling Practical training
