We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team. It is essential that candidates are patient, understanding and respectful towards the residents' individual abilities.
CARE ASSISTANT Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal care and dressing
- Assisting residents with incontinence needs
- Assisting residents with repositioning – must be able to use required equipment such as hoist, stand aid, slide sheet, etc.
- Assisting with food and fluids
- Helping with laundry, cleaning, preparing meals
- Recording all relevant documents accurately – must have good verbal and written skills
CARE ASSISTANT Requirements
- DBS
- National insurance number
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous experience is essential
- Health and social care relevant trainings
- Manual Handling Practical training
- Must be able to drive and have access to their own car to commute to and from the service
NURSE Responsibilities
- Valid NMC registration
- Experience in a care home or similar setting
- Adept in using clinical equipment and administering medication
- Ability to document and communicate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and their families
- Ability to work in and lead a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing resident needs
