The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Purpose of Position: Temp to Perm Transport Clerk to work with the Analytical department. Shift pattern Monday to Friday from 20:30 - 05:00.

The role of a Transport Clerk - Analysis you will be part of the Analyst team and will be responsible for identifying reasons for late hub inbound arrivals.

Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility:

  • Interrogating multiple in-house systems to establish tracking history of the potential points of delays.
  • Compiling and summarising data acquired from multiple sources to establish root cause of the delays and their input into the system.
  • General administrative duties such as answering telephone queries, emails, chat or in person.
  • Assisting the Transport Analysts and Transport Manager - Systems with any further administration.

What we’re looking for:

  • You will preferably have experience in a fast-paced operation ideally in a transport setting.
  • You will have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to use Google Workspace applications.
