We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Recruiter- Planners to assist with our recruiting activities. As a Recruiter- Planner Consultant, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining resumes, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews and plan their work and bookings directly. You will work directly under the hiring manager and assist with all recruiting-related duties. We are looking for an efficient person who will take over planning office tasks with different pattern shifts. You need be able to work any shift pattern; 6-14 and 9-17 and 14-22 also 22-6 working weekends and Bank Holidays. Will be responsible for supervising e-mails, bookings and contact with customers. Perfect candidate need to be aware that all peak seasons; Easter, Summer, Christmas time will be full time work. All training will be provided. Salary paid weekly. To ensure success as a Recruiter- Planner Consultant, you should have advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
