R&V Ltd is looking for individuals who have an upbeat personality who are ready to work as care assistants for our client. We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team. It is essential that candidates are patient, understanding and respectful towards the residents individual abilities and own a car. Your role will include : Assisting residents with personal care and dressing Assisting residents with incontinence needs Assisting residents with repositioning – must be able to use required equipment – hoist, stand aid, slide sheet etc. Assisting with food and fluids Helping with laundry, cleaning, preparing meals Record all relevant documents accurately – must have good verbal and written skills Requirements : DBS National insurance number Right to work in UK Previous experience is essential Health and social care relevant trainings Must be able to drive and have access to their own car in order to commute to and from the service
