We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll / Admin Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently while supporting general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in administration roles, flexible to work different shift patterns, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Maintain employee records, including attendance, holidays, and sick leave.
Handle payroll queries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other payroll-related documentation.
Support general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office coordination.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, pension contributions, and company policies. Also support with administrative requirements, such as policy reviews and workers documents.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll information.
Requirements:
Previous experience in payroll processing and/or office administration will be an advantage, but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel is mandatory.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
