R&V Group Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking Warehouse Planner to join our growing team. This is an internal, office based position, supporting the planning and coordination of warehouse operations for our clients. The role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in warehouse planning, logistics, or workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating warehouse workforce requirements.
- Liaising with internal recruitment teams to ensure staffing levels meet client demand.
- Managing forecasts, rotas, and workload planning.
- Monitoring warehouse schedules and shifts.
- Managing the recruitment database and tracking open positions using software tools.
- Liaising with candidates and clients, scheduling interviews and confirming bookings.
- Communicating effectively with client internal teams to ensure smooth hiring and planning processes.
- Supervising emails, handling client correspondence, and managing bookings.
Requirements:
- Advanced interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure, particularly during peak seasons (Easter, Summer, Christmas).
- Excellent decision-making and critical thinking abilities.
- Flexibility to work across different shift patterns: 06:00-14:00, 09:00-17:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00.
- Willingness to work weekends and Bank Holidays as required.
