R&V is looking for Duty Officer Purpose of Position To support the Housing Manager to improve services for residents and all visitors.

To improve quality of life for residents by ensuring the security of the building, health & safety of residents 24 hours per day.

Expected working days & daily hours of work: 7 days covering of shifts 08:00 15:00 15:00 22:00 22:00 08:00 Start date Saturday 1 st February 2025 Hourly rate of pay £12.31 per hour Additional Information Candidate must not be from Security background.
Candidate must be from a Housing Support/Facilities Management background They will be required to act as the safety/security/concierge delegate for the service, responding to emergency calls, reception duties, facilitating activities etc) Person Requirements 1 years experience working within an Older Persons housing setting Must have an understanding of issues affecting older people, first aid, working with older adults, openness to learn & positive attitude Driving licence would be advantageous, due to location Irina44 7951 933129 Doina44 7568 782023 ADZN1_UKTJ
