Transport Operator Shift pattern
Days: Sunday to Thursday 12:00 - 21:00
Nights: Tuesday to Saturday 21:00 - 06:00
Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility Plan daily routes and allocate drivers efficiently.
Monitor live transport operations and resolve issues quickly.
Communicate clearly with drivers, depots, and customers.
Ensure compliance with WTD, tachograph, and safety regulations.
Update systems with job statuses, PODs, and delivery notes.
Coordinate collections, deliveries, and time-critical schedules.
What we're looking for:
You will preferably have experience in a fast-paced operation ideally in a transport setting.
You will have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent computer skills with the ability to use Google Workspace applications Demonstrate the company's 'DNA' (core values) – Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Caring and Accountability
