R&V Ltd Care Assistant/Nurse Positions

R&V Ltd is seeking individuals with an upbeat personality to join as care assistants or nurses for our client. We value passionate and dedicated professionals who are patient, understanding, respectful of residents\’ individual abilities, and possess their own car.

Care Assistant Role Includes:

• Assisting residents with personal care and dressing
• Supporting residents with incontinence needs
• Repositioning residents using required equipment such as hoists, stand aids, and slide sheets
• Assisting with food and fluids
• Helping with laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
• Accurately recording relevant documentation, requiring good verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

• DBS check
• National Insurance number
• Right to work in the UK
• Previous experience in a care setting
• Relevant health and social care training
• Must be able to drive and have access to a personal vehicle for commuting
• Manual Handling Practical training

Nurse Role Includes:

• Valid NMC registration
• Experience in a care home or similar environment
• Proficiency in using clinical equipment and administering medication
• Effective documentation and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with residents and families
• Ability to lead and work within a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing resident needs
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
