Job Description

Support Worker Supported Living | Woodingdean, Brighton R&V Group is currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team and work within a supported living service in Woodingdean, Brighton (BN2 6SX) .

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced support workers who are passionate about helping individuals with learning disabilities and autism live fulfilling, independent lives.

About the Role You will be supporting three gentlemen with learning disabilities and autism in a supported living environment.

Your responsibilities will include: Providing person-centred support with daily living activities.

Supporting individuals to access the local community and attend planned activities.

Assisting with personal care where required.

Administering medication in line with care plans.

Promoting independence, dignity, and choice.

Maintaining accurate care records and following safeguarding procedures.

Working as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.

What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant.

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.

A caring, patient, and professional attitude.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work day shifts, waking nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

The right to work in the UK.

A UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
