Responsibilities
- Coordinating day-to-day operations in order processing, from order acceptance to shipment
- Serving as the point of contact for customers
- Recording and monitoring safety stock levels
- Managing consignment inventory
- Initiating internal escalations
- Recording customer complaints
- Preparing reports for customers
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as industrial clerk, office clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable field
- Previous work experience in one of the above-mentioned areas is a plus
- Ideally, an interest in technology
- You enjoy working in a team and communicating with customers, manufacturers and colleagues
- You have very good English and Microsoft Office skills and already have some experience with SAP
