Location: Bolton, United Kingdom

Your role:

  • Support and further develop customer relationships through day-to-day sales support and telephone contact
  • Prepare, follow up, and review quotations, orders, and samples
  • Assist with price enquiries, annual quotations, and smooth order processing
  • Maintain customer and project data in the system and support delivery schedule follow-up and contract tracking
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain Management and Customer Service
  • Prepare reports and support sales-related activities and marketing campaigns

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in internal sales, sales support, or a customer-facing commercial role
  • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with ERP or CRM systems
  • Good English skills (C1)
