Developing comprehensive lesson plans, you will share practical insights and real-world examples, preparing students for success in diverse childcare settings. Ideally, they will have good mentoring skills and sound knowledge of working with awarding bodies and delivering qualifications., * Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare discipline

• 2+ years’ experience working in the Childcare Industry

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Full clean driving licence and access to transport

• Achievement of A1 Assessors Award (Desirable)

• Teaching Qualification – Minimum Level 4 Certificate in Teaching (Desirable)
