We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our Team at our Portadown Branch.

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, playing a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates to meet the diverse staffing needs of our clients. Your responsibilities include leveraging various channels and platforms for candidate sourcing, conducting initial assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability, and maintaining a meticulous and up-to-date candidate database.

Collaborating closely with our Recruitment Consultants, you will contribute to successful placements by aligning candidate profiles with client requirements. Your proactive approach to market research ensures that our recruitment strategies remain dynamic and responsive to industry trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and databases to identify and attract top-tier talent.
  • Screening: Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for efficient talent sourcing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and contribute to successful placements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor landscapes, and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights.

Qualifications / Experience:
  • Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications
  • Proven experience in a resourcing or recruitment support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various recruitment platforms.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to candidate sourcing.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
