Summary

This position supports the Director and others as assigned, in the operations of one or more departments.

The position is responsible for data entry, generation of data reports, monitoring the budgets, communicating with internal and external customers of department(s) and various administrative and assistant duties.

  • Minimum Education
  • Associates Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Work Experience
  • 1 year of administrative coordination experience in a physician practice, business office or similar setting required.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Experience working in a high volume environment handling multiple tasks.
  • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Demonstrated keyboarding ability of 60 wpm
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of basic computer skills.
  • Highly discreet, able to routinely handle confidential materials.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and assignments.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully supporting peer staff members in improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated problem solving-skills and critical thinking.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with patients and all levels of employees.
