Summary
The Manager of Talent Acquisition will drive the organization’s long‑term success by developing strategic hiring plans, leading the recruitment team and working to build talent pipelines for key roles that support the needs of the organization and the healthcare of our community. This role will partner with leaders across the organization to understand and forecast staffing needs, utilize up‑to‑date tools and methodologies, and identify/engage external resources to attract and onboard individuals skilled with the knowledge, talent and potential necessary to support overall business needs.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum Work Experience
- 5 years of human resources, talent acquisition and interviewing experience.
- 2 years’ experience in lead or leadership role.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management software (CRM), LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other relevant talent acquisition tools.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques to include online/social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent oral/written communication, marketing, and presentation skills.
- Business focus, critical thinking, process orientation.
- Ability to interact with and engage individuals from a variety of socio‑economic backgrounds.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent Microsoft Desktop application skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay Range
$47.08 - $68.58
