Emergency Dispatch & Patient-Care Call Operator in Oakham

Rutland Regional Medical Center is looking for a Call Handler who will be responsible for answering and connecting all incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate areas for continuity of patient care.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high call volumes. A high school diploma is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite is essential.

The pay range for this position is between $16.50 - $24.04, with additional competitive differential rates for evenings, nights, and weekends.
