We are seeking an experienced, skilled and reliable part time Painter to join our team at Rutland London Ltd 2 days / 18 hours a week. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint and finishes to our high-quality bathroom and heating products, ensuring that they meet our rigorous standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
  • Apply paint and finishes to bathroom and heating products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Mix paints and finishes according to specifications to achieve desired colors and textures.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance before packaging.

Systems Used:

  • 2-Pack Acrylic
  • 2-Pack Polyurethane
  • 2-Pack Direct To Metal Clearcoat

Full training on systems will be provided; however, experienced automotive painters should be comfortable with the systems outlined above.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a painter working to a high standard within automotive, finishing or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in painting processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
