Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based at Rutland Hall Hotel & Spa and located in Warwick. The Job Title is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, supporting daily hotel operations, and contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment. Typical day-to-day tasks may include assisting guests with inquiries and bookings, coordinating with spa, leisure, restaurant, and events teams, and ensuring that guest areas are well-presented and compliant with hotel standards. The role may also involve working with colleagues to support weddings, corporate events, and special occasions, handling administrative duties, and following health and safety and company policies. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, is expected to support the needs of the hotel and its guests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, hotel, or leisure environments, with a strong focus on guest or customer service.
