As a Wellbeing Spa Therapist, you’ll play an important role in shaping these moments.

From the first welcome to the final treatment, your focus will be on creating a calm, personalised experience that leaves every guest feeling restored.

Deliver exceptional spa experiences through skilled treatments and genuine care.

  • Provide a range of spa and wellbeing treatments to the highest professional standard
  • Create a calm and welcoming environment for every guest
  • Consult with guests to understand their needs and tailor treatments accordingly
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
  • Work closely with the spa and wider hotel team to ensure a seamless guest experience

We’re looking for therapists who combine strong technical skills with a natural sense of care and attentiveness.

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
  • At least one year of experience in a quality spa or wellbeing environment
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • A consultative, thoughtful approach to client care
  • Spa brand training or additional therapy qualifications would be considered an advantage
  • A genuine passion for wellbeing and helping guests feel their best

  • Shifts on a rota basis between 8:30 and 18:00, Monday to Sunday
