We are seeking a highly motivated Leader to coordinate support within our supported living service.

About you

  • Has experience of leading a small team of staff
  • Is approachable, supportive and able to empower the workforce
  • Understands the importance of quality assurance systems and how they can improve services for people we support
  • Understands the importance of breaking down barriers to ensure people who have protected equality characteristics have the same access to services as anyone else

About the role

  • Coordinate support for adults living in a supported living cottage, ensuring the staff rota is in line with their needs
  • Keep up to date and review relevant support plans, risk assessments and tools to support the staff team to deliver high quality support
  • Liaise with families, professionals and key people with regards to day‑to‑day queries and updates
  • Undertake regular quality assurance and gain feedback from staff, families and people we support
  • Be a hands‑on leader, supporting the team to deliver a high standard of care and support, including elements of personal care
  • Supervise and motivate staff

The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us.
