Job Description
Location: Rutherglen (Potential hybrid / Flexible working)
Salary: Grade 7 PA22-PA25 Β£40,635 β Β£44,619 based on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week β Monday-Friday
Contract: 1-year Fixed term contract

We are looking to recruit a Lead Factoring Officer. This post presents a great opportunity to join a leading Housing Association with a clear desire to invest in its Factoring Service and take it to the next level.
Your role will involve acting as the lead point for Factored Owners, providing a professional interface with customers and improving the standards we supply.
Your duties will consist of:
Acting as the Custodian of all services provided under our Factoring principles, including billing queries and customer engagement.
Proactively building strong client relationships and ensuring we deliver great customer service.
Meeting property owners both one to one and in group sessions to gauge all aspects of our service provision
Excellent levels of complaints handling and resolution
Tight control over financial and budget elements, including profit and loss levels being achieved by the service.
Ensuring arrears management is timely and effective with regular reporting to the CEO and Board
You should have property-based experience and be adept at problem solving with the ability to manage a busy workload
A high level of Admin/IT Skills and Housing Management systems is preferred, and a clean driving licence is essential
