As part of the firm’s expansion plans and the development of our new office in Henley‑in‑Arden, we are recruiting an experienced, enthusiastic and driven Residential Conveyancer to join our team based in Tamworth.
We are open to full‑time or part‑time candidates who have a minimum of 3 years PQE or at least 5 years experience, if qualified by experience.
Key duties will include
- Business Development: delivering high service standards, meeting income targets and preserving relationships with local estate agents and other key networks.
- Caseload: handling a variety of property transactions (e. g., sales, purchases, new builds, re‑mortgages, shared ownership and lease extensions).
- Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer, or qualified by experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of Post‑Qualified Experience (PQE) in residential property or 7+ years in residential property handling own caseload.
