Responsibilities: Lead the company's legal function, acting as a trusted adviser to the executive team.
Negotiate a high volume of enterprise Saa S and commercial technology agreements.
Advise on AI regulation, governance and the evolving global regulatory landscape.
Lead on data privacy, compliance and broader legal risk management.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations to support product development, customer growth and international expansion.
Build scalable legal processes, templates and governance frameworks as the business continues to grow.
