A global technology company seeking an experienced legal leader to support the expansion of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects across the UK and EMEA.
This role will lead the legal aspects of data centre and infrastructure development, partnering closely with engineering, construction, procurement, finance, operations, and commercial teams. Responsibilities include advising on complex construction and development projects, leading commercial negotiations, managing EPC and supplier agreements, supporting site expansion initiatives, and mitigating legal and commercial risk across a growing regional portfolio.
Key Requirements
- 12-15+ years PQE with strong experience in construction, infrastructure, or major development projects
- Significant expertise in non-contentious construction law and complex commercial contract negotiation
- Experience supporting large-scale data centre, energy, industrial, or mission‑critical infrastructure projects
- Strong background in procurement, vendor management, and commercial negotiation
- Knowledge of the full project lifecycle, including development, design, construction, and commissioning
- Ability to manage multiple projects, influence senior stakeholders, and work effectively across cross‑functional teams
