An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Tax Solicitor (2–4 PQE) to join a highly regarded international tax team in London. This collaborative and strategically important practice advises on a broad range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactional and advisory matters, working closely with leading corporate, finance and real estate teams across an extensive international platform.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a diverse mix of high-profile matters, including:
- Corporate tax advisory work
- Tax aspects of finance and real estate transactions
- International and cross-border tax structuring matters
- Transactional support on complex domestic and international deals
- Strategic advisory work for a broad range of clients and stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ PQE gained within a leading private practice tax team
- Strong experience across corporate tax matters, ideally with exposure to finance and real estate transactions
- International tax experience would be advantageous

- Commercial awareness and strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, proactive and enthusiastic approach
