Position Overview As a Structured Finance Associate, you will play a key role in advising a diverse range of funders and borrowers on complex financing transactions. You will have the opportunity to work on various deals, including securitisation (private and public), asset-backed securities, receivables financing and asset-based lending. This position offers excellent exposure to a broad spectrum of clients, from listed companies to small enterprises and the chance to develop your expertise in structured finance. Responsibilities Advise clients on a wide variety of financing transactions, including securitisation, asset-backed securities, receivables financing and asset-based lending Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and agreements Conduct legal research and provide practical, commercial advice to clients Collaborate with partners, senior lawyers and other teams across the firm’s global network Assist in business development activities and building client relationships Requirements Qualified lawyer with 2-6 years PQE Experience gained in a City or strong national/regional firm is preferred Experience in one or more of the following areas: securitisation (private or public), asset-backed securities, receivables financing and/or asset-based lending Strong academic background and excellent technical skills Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
