An excellent opportunity has arisen for a mid-level Associate to join a well-established London-based team. The role will involve advising on the IP aspects of a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, often with an international element and across sectors such as TMT, life sciences and Ecommerce. The firm has a truly well regarded practice in this area and is known for its low attrition rates, collaborative culture and work-life balance.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with an interesting diversity of work including:

  • Advising on IP issues arising in corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures and financing arrangements
  • Conducting and managing IP due diligence exercises
  • Advising across a range of IP rights, including patents, trade marks, copyright and designs
  • Assisting on broader non-contentious IP advisory matters as required

Successful candidates will have 2-6 years' PQE, and have trained with and have post qualification experience in a leading City, US or regional transactional IP team with significant exposure to cross border matters.
