The team advises major private equity houses and financial sponsors on a broad range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, including buy-outs, carve-outs, consortium deals, minority investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and public and private M&A.
Associates benefit from exposure to some of the market’s most complex and high-profile transactions, while also gaining early responsibility on smaller deals. The practice is known for its collaborative culture, strong international platform, and commitment to associate development, including client and international secondment opportunities.
